Suspension thing is bad implemented

I get suspended bc I get disconected suddenly by crash, wasn’t voluntary, what is happening? I was in queue on quick play not even playing.

All leavers adversely impact the match. Everyone who leaves is treated exactly the same.

There are no if buts or maybes. No right to appeal. No room to complain.

Take it on the chin and move on is the only advice.

Wich is a extremely big problem because you also will get suspended if the game servers have problems instaed of the players.

Its not exactly fair to punish players because they failed to make the game work properly

yeah also I was on queue…

Maybe you found a game the moment you got disconnected? Because i do not think leaveing the queue punishes you. At least i never managed to get punished for stopping the queue

I swear I wasnt playing at all

I know, but maybe you got the message that a game has been found, and then the game getting disconnected before you got the loading screen. Then technically you did leave a match.

Atleast thats what i think might have happened, since i do think leaving the queue does not puunish you. Otherwise i would have had a whole load more xp punishmets the previous seasons

Why’s that an issue.

If you knew a DC wasn’t a penalty, you’d just get people unplugging routers to leave for free.

The system can’t distinguish how you left, just that you left.

Everyone is treated the same, this is why penalties are very small at first. It’s more than fair.

Also, blizzard do not care. Same with any suspension or account action. They don’t care who you are, or what your excuse is.

As I said above, just take the L and move on. Just don’t spend any money on it as you’ll just lose your account one day and it’ll have been a waste.

I think they can do better, give two quits or first quit 3-5 min punishment increasing by quit. It’s quickplay not competitive, ppl leaves anyway, they do ragequit. I never leave a game even if they are leaving or losing. Sometimes I did it bc I was alone and the match will finish anyway.

No system is perfect. So yeah they could do better in theory.

Punishments don’t stop people, even in ranked. If they don’t want to play anymore they’ll just stop.

But the systems you suggest is what they have, just with less time.

Most alternatives are easy to exploit or aren’t a big enough deterrent.

I am not talking about some random dc. I am talking when blizzards servers are not working properly. Not because someone unplugged his internet.

And saying it cant be seen wether someone left or the servers were not working properly is absolutely nonsense because even the error messages clearly make a distinction when its the servers issues.

suspending players because you cant get your live service game its servers to work as a company shouldnt be happening

Blizzard don’t own the servers. They are external. So the game probably can’t tell the difference.

Secondly, if it’s a server issue, everyone gets kicked and no one is penalised.

If it’s just you being kicked, that’s a user end connection issue to the server. Probably nothing you can do, but not a server side problem.

Agree. It shouldn’t. And there no evidence to suggest it is happening either.

maybe its because you’re back only recently. But i certainly have seen people on the forums complain about getting suspended after server issues. Atleast at the beginning of this season.

Oh I’ve seen people complaining about that. But that doesn’t mean that’s what’s happened though. Just what they think happened.
