Symmetra is too much

Her beam is way too powerful. She melts heroes in seconds, even tanks. Her and Zarya is all I seem to come across in games now since this ‘Beam buff’.

Have you ever considered staying away from her?

Have you seen the size of the beam? Or the fact she can teleport, or throw orbs, but yeah, let’s stay away from her, good idea.

I could tolerate her damage. We need damage to melt shields, what annoys me the most are turrets. The fact that they can slow you down,on top of that deal pretty decent damage, plus melting damage from symmetra it’s crazy.

Some of you might say “just destroy turrets”, yeah… by the time you destroy turrets you get destroyed by her , this is situation when you’re in 1v1 scenario, now imagine when she’s surrounded by tanks and healers… how can you not hate this hero, it’s on the same level of annoyance as doomfirst and mei. You simply don’t have control of your character.

The thing that gets me is that torb’s turret has only 2dps more than one symm turret. and she has 3. So theoretically symmetra has 150dps just from turrets

  1. She can’t teleport (Atleast not instantly most teleports are used to get back to a quick battle)

  2. Don’t walk away push her. She ain’t that strong. Ofc if you let her charge her beam first on your shield you’re ****ed.

  3. Most syms are incredibly cocky and walk really close to destroy shield (The range isn’t that long) that’s when you get them

  4. She’s not OP you just don’t know how to counter her. Most people say that about a good reaper too. Hint: be very aggressive towards her

When doing so you get melted in 2 seconds.

If she her beam isn’t charged it’s not. If she already has a charged beam you’re to late

But seriously tho, her turrets are proably her biggest issue (along with the infinite teleporter now (aka dive 2.0) but thats just my personal view), its a close range torb turret essentially that also slows, times 3.
