since blizzard is known to force things upon people in horrible way . i started to experiment with things available and looking for solution to bypass middle east servers .
because blizzard is too lazy to put server selection in their game like apex legends has .
i will first put solutions for pc users and then for console users .
FOR PC USERS
SOLUTION NO.1 
get a good vpn such as express vpn or windscribe and point it to a european server .check your ping corresponding to each server selection and choose the best one for u .
SOLUTION NO.2
get exit lag .they have 3 days free trial . you can put it udp 2 in settings and server selection to automatic and it will automatically point to the best server depending on which region you choose .
FOR CONSOLE USERS :
SOLUTION
in case of console the only solution that you have is to buy a flashrouter from falshrouter for your vpn .it will connect directly with your isp router and change your ip with vpn .
