I am not a Motion or Flickering Sensitive Pleyer, but if even i notice this flickering effect for the Background Movie (that consists into Menus, Q and other stuff, so it seems to be a global effect rather then in the movie itself) it is not a good sign.
Please consider removing this, i can imagine that this will give People who are sensitive to strobing / flickering a hard time.
