Okay.

Let me be honest here, the game have refund before 6th or 7th level, until 12th level all was fine, team play and so on. Now for some reason i got matched with users who have 400-700 or more hours in game and it ridiculous, not because of level. When i’m played before lvl 12 there was always nice play, 2x2x2 and team play how it supposed to be, currently it 4-5 dps and they cannot hit anything at all, i don’t even. bring the thing so nobody cares, like healers not heal for example. I’m understand so they no need to be perfect, but literally i’m as ana have gold in heal and kills, or as hog in same things is ridiculous, it not a team play Blizzard it’s a shame.

So, about what it is, currently i have some like 10 lvls before competitive, i will wait and look, but guys if you have same in competitive i will ask for refund, first trough support, if not help via court. Since you sold me team based game, i currently see random bs game(pardon me for my words). If LoL can make normal matchmaking i don’t see a reason you cannot, otherwise it fraud, since before 12th level all was fine. As well i’m playing quake champions despite early access have same level for MM, i get matched with similar level pplz and not pplz who have 400-700 hours in game but not know how to aim or even play it.

Again before you read next part, i will wait 10 more levels before 25 rating one to check if it will be fine, but if it will be same i will count it as a fraud. Since you control the game and can control the community as well, if other games can do it and you cannot it not my problem at all.

Otherwise, if it still be same and if normal support will not react on that one(as i seen before on forums) i will officially ask for escalation to top management of this issue, since if you sell something execute what you promised, not just pretend. If even that will not help, then court + bank refund.

So you’re basically saying that if Blizzard can’t ensure that you will be playing with people you consider “good”, it’s false advertising?

It sounds like if these idle heroes ads guarantee you to get an insane powerful hero the first time you play. I mean blizzard thought the players know how to play. Surprise, they don’t.
Imagine you bought the game with 5 friends, blizzard gave you the opportunity to play this game as a team. Blizzard just sold you the game, like a store gives you a toy, HOW you play it / with it, is up to you.
You can’t blame the founders of poker if everyone you’re playing with cheats, doesn’t take it seriously and just do bs. Or you buy a football and ppl play soccer with it. You can’t blame the store for selling it as a football…

Man. They controlling servers of this game. As well as restrictions for community, not me or 3rd party company. As well servers is a part of service they sold, it not single player game. I have 0 complains for example for Q3 which we played on LAN old time. See the difference?

As i said before, i have no choice currently to go to other mode then QP, and a lot of games it not a game but bunch of pplz running around who 400-700 lvl and for whom QP is just some kind of trash game it seems. For me it not.

About ads, i don’t asking to be OP or some like that, but normal game as a team, it quite hard to do when 4 members of team recognize game mode as trash.

Now to your analogy with poker, if you go to tournament and pplz here playing with cheats it’s the problem of company who organized tournament, not yours to handle it.

The game pairs you up with a similar MMR.

MMR, or matchmaking rating, is a hidden score that indicates your skill level.

Those players who are lvl 300 possibly have a similar mmr like you.

Lvl does not equal skill after all.

Yes, they control the servers. How do you suggest they use that to have improve the players’ skills?

They can’t. What they can, and do, is match you with people who on average perform as well as you do, against an enemy team with the same average performance.

What this means is that if you believe the other players are much worse than you, you should google the dunning-kruger effect. And Blizzard can’t do anything about that, only you can.

Hey blizz players dont do what i want how i want , this is not why i bough the game , totaly with you on this , blizzard needs to force players to do that for you , how dare they play 5 dps such hate cannot be tolerated off with their heads

QP has no match making other then MMR thats out of your control
And furthermore if everyone stays till the end in that game they will get shuffled not sure but it looks pretty random.

I think they can at lest add a level cap of players you can face, i know that level isnt everything but its better then a random MMR system thats out of control somehow thinking its good to match level 30 players vs 1600+ levle players or setting a level 30 new players account hidden score to be anywhere near an old and high leveled one, they can at lest tigten the MMR gap that player can have when they get matched since i just dont believe that new players have the same MMR as players who probably prepurchied the game.

You can’t sue a company because you didn’t enjoy a game, they’re giving you exactly as advertised, they can’t control what the players do within that so you have absolutely no standing here

Seems like nobody even read the post, try to read it guys plz, it not such hard thing to do.
I never brought performance or skill or other thing on table, yet suddenly pplz trying to put in my mouth words which i didn’t told.

Again, point by point:

  1. Blizzard sold team based objective game
  2. Advertised it the same way so it team based and bla bla bal
  3. Before 12 lvl everything was fine
  4. Afterwards i got queued with pplz who have different mode available, and their attitude QP is not worth even a try
  5. I don’t have that option yet, and i wish to play normal game now, not somewhere in future when i will go trough all of that
  6. More interesting question which attitude company wish for newbies if current community shown for a long time(13+ more lvl) so game is not even worth to try, since literally 8 of 10 matches pplz not even trying to do any, and on any communication reply is “its QP”
  7. Why it so hard to match pplz under 25 to under 25, since they have same attitude

Tbh guys read the post, i’m not complaining about performance of pplz or anything like this, i totally understand so there is nothing like perfectness, neither i complaining about skill or some else. The only thing which i brought so in QP everybody attitude is like “not worth it”, and for me QP is only one option still.

You weren’t very clear in your original post.

The simple answer is that players are match based on percieved level of skill, not account level. If the matchmaker was restricted to players under level 25, with the same skill rating, there would be so few to choose from that you would have huge wait times for matches.

And also, the vast majority of the players in QP don’t play competitive. Having the option to play that mode is not what is causing them to play the way they do. Before private profiles you could easily see who was ranked and who wasn’t. Most weren’t.

I think the system’s been kinda screwed by smurfs, so it goes ‘level 20? Well other level 20s do fine against level 1200 players so you’ll be fine too’ and then surprise they aren’t. This is what I think, though I might be wrong.

I’m not sure arcade in general has any sort of matchmaking…

u know u will have better gameplay after playing between these high rank - pro players after a while, so why youre mad or sad?

No problem with skill for me, like at all, i probably would say so lower levels was more harder. Just attitude is bugs me, since i not expected that one at all
