In this case, you can exit the game only through the task manager. It started about 2-3 days ago, but before the game could freeze when starting a match or the like, and usually after restarting everything went away, but now, even after performing a basic check. (SSD, RAM, drivers) the problem has not been fixed. Neither rebooting nor reinstalling the game helps.
