Counterplay.
Sombra > hack
Tracer > pulsebomb
Tracer > 1 clip his critbox
Hanzo > peak him only with a charged shot before ducking back - repeat
Hanzo > Dragonstrike
Doomfist > Meteor Strike
Bastion > Even playing field
Reaper > 2 tap him from behind
You’re complaining about Bastion so I can only imagine you’re <plat, in which case, you can probably take Genji and deflect in his face. Abuse the fact that he is stationary and you are not.
Bastion is only strong right now because of double barrier, he will barely be played at all in the next patch.

Countering bastion involves coordination with the team and counters. He is not broken otherwise he would be played in every game. Look up some tutorials on how to counter bastion effectively if you are struggling and try to make sure your team is in voice chat at the beginning of each game.
Bastion is an horrible unbalanced hero for THIS reason, too strong in lower ranks, absolutely useless in higher ranks
Literally just get d.va or roadhog, defense matrix and dive him, or hook and kill his ass.
Pump in 2 rockets with phara, at the second you can already start focusing your next target. Poor bast was one of the lowest pick rate be happy he got some space now. It’s even rare to see that bast stays on bast for the whole game.

This here is your issue.
You are only seeing problems without trying to create solutions.
Sombra > Hack from highground/flank/off angle
Tracer > Don’t pulsebomb until after Baptiste uses immortality.
Tracer > You can blink through shields!
Hanzo > Coordinate with your team to break the shield(s)
And so on, Baptiste immortality is on a long cd, 15 seconds I think. Make him use it and THEN invest ultimates.
