Hi.
First try this steps:

I did this and it still doesn’t work

Perform the MSInfo test. Paste the results into pastebin.com and provide a link.

https:// pastebin. com/sRananpq there you go

You have done a DxDiag test and I asked for MSInfo

https:// pastebin. com/bSX4AKSn is this better?

Try uninstalling Blizzard Application. Download the new installer and reinstall it.
Additionally, try disabling applications running in the background

just did both, still doesn’t work :’(

In this case, follow all the tips described here. Including those in the advanced part.

i also have this problem, if you could help me i would thank you a lot.
i have already tried everything you said on top and it does not work.

If you have actually done all the advice and especially the last help article, temporarily uninstall BullGuard.

it worked, thanks a lot

It’s good to hear it.
@Magne if you still have a problem, I also recommend to uninstall temporarily BullGuard.

Hey i got same problem and im also using Bullguard, i’ve tried the following steps above and it doesnt work so how do i temporarily uninstall BG?

It seems that this program blocks the correct start of the game. It is also worth reporting this fact to the manufacturer of the program.

I also use BullGuard and have the same problem so there is probably something wrong within the BG app
