Epic does the same for their accounts, its nothing new, why would you have mutiple accounts anyway?
Its doesnt auto connect, you have to manually connect it… read the screen instead of tapping ok in future

this game is such a steaming pile of crap already. havent played blizzard games in years, thought this might be the thing to bring me back in - what a hard, sad laugh. linked the wrong account, tried to link the right account - can’t use the right account cause my phone number is associated to the wrong account. what a hilarious joke of a game, i hope this company dies and rots in the dirt forever where it belongs.

cmon, blizzard, DUDE!!! can you lower the CD for linking accounts cause its just outrageous. Imagine waiting for a god damn year just so you can grind again on your old main account. It drives people away since no one will play on a new acc. So blizzard fix your game and the smallest changes need to be done just like this one. so pls, with all due respect FIX IT!!!

I linked my account with the incorrect playstation account. I wish to change it to the one I have always used since overwatch 1. That account is my neighbors account and I use it for other games. But for overwatch I have always used my main and if i cannot use that account for a year then I will not play at all.

Very sad to read this, my Xbox and battle net somehow got disconnected and now I get a one year ban.
I played since launch I can’t believe this is happening
I can’t believe people don’t know how to read, as in, reading that information about when the last post was added to this topic, which was 6 months ago.
Even worse, when people can’t even stay on topic after necroing it.
I recovered my account after it was hacked and now I can’t link battle.net to any console (Xbox, Switch, Steam). Stupid restrictions.
