Hello, so i am going to go straight to the point, as a middle eastern player we always have one of the worst experiences when it comes to games and server, the average ping here is about 85-105 and if it was less than 3 digit number its heaven. personally when i play games i have a ping around 100 more-or-less, i got used to playing games with this ping… here comes the problem, in EVERY game that i play my ping DOSE NOT go over 105, when i have connection issue -rarely- and my ping go to around 115 i feel the difference, the delay becomes more noticeable and playing would become so hard.
its only in this game -i repeat, ONLY- that i have so much connection issues, most of the times i would not have fun playing this game at all because of the overwhelmingly connection issues, me and all of my friends have around 120-140 ping with spikes about 3 times at least in every round when our ping would go up to 300 for like 4s, now tell me how am i gonna play a “competitive game” like this?? we are not talking about a small game, or a game in beta state, no we are talking about one of the biggest games right now! a game that is about 3 years old now.
This is not my first time playing this game, i used to play it on PS4, and when my little brother bought his XB1 this game was the first game we bought! and now im playing overwatch on PC, i played the game in beta, i was the reason that my friends bought the game, its probably one of the most games that i had fun playing “HAD” and supporting, just to come back after a while and deciding to give it a try with all of the bad talk going around it and get HIT by the service they provide to players?!
The big problem is that there is an app called “battleping” when i run it and then run the game i have a decent ping like every other game?! i PAID for the game, the game MUST provide me the best server, i shouldnt pay for a 3rd party app to provide me basic stuff that the game SHOULD provide, and i even get into game quicker too!!
Sorry i typed a lot, but its sad seeing the most game you love treat you like $hit, if they dont fix this problem i am not going to play it! i cant go into a compatitive game without being able to have a decent ping -that they absolutely can provide, giving the fact that a 3rd party app can do it better-.
someone help me here please, the game is becoming more and more unplayable!.
