Your game is filled with smurfs and boosters and you do nothing about it, these disgusting players ruin the game for other people and you simply do not care enough to deal with this substantial problem i have reported so many of these players and yet none of them are banned because you dont seem to care about your in gamr environment it has ruined the game for many players and it needs to be fixed immediatetly may i suggest ip banning smurfs that smurf in Comp

Smurfing is not against the ToS, as long as the smurfs are trying to win.
Also, there aren’t as many smurfs as you think. Often it’s just normal players playing better.

Smurfs ruining game experience of normal people that want to play competitive and have fun.
It’s not fun when an enemy widow level 26 that do 4 headshot in a row, than 3 headshot and than 3 again. You can’t even approach the point. It’s not matter of crying, it’s play at your rank.
Or probably smurfs are just frustrated to dont be enought good to keep climbing rank and they vent their frustration on people with 1-2k lower rank.

Smurfing is classed as cheating in every game.
Having an alt account is perfectly fine. You can have thousands of accounts, if you play properly on them all is good.
“Smurfs” will have taken action to get their account lower to the level they wish, or bought a pre levelled account. These players need to be banned.
But sadly, it’ll never happen.

How do you know? Bans are done is waves, not just cos you reported someone once.
Well thats never going to work is it? Most broadband is on DHCP, will just get a new IP over time.

Honestly this is an empty statement by this point.
You’re telling players who literally are playing against other players with an massive skill difference.
Even if they wanted to become their level they have to slowly build up through the other rankings, which smurfing practically makes it impossible to do.
Noting that GrusomeNerd is in Bronze/Silver which is practically already hard to climb out of, smurfs aren’t going to help him become better.

When I started playing, I constantly got accused of smurfing. Believe it or not, some people just like shooter games and have good aim. It’s the map awareness, and the counters, that took me a year to truly learn.
More importantly, think about how it feels to get reported, for really trying your best at a game 
The thing people are overlooking is that with these “smurf” accounts people can just drop out of matches instantly because they don’t care about a ban… they just simply switch to another account.
This then automatically makes the banning system pointless and void and will ultimately make the game unplayable when someone drops out of a match either at the start or halfway through.

this is what i do, i have many other accounts… if i am getting completely kerb stomped by a smurf, i just drop out of the game and switch accounts to keep on playing
and before you say “well you’re part of the problem” no… im not part of it, i am a result of it… i am not spending 10-20 minutes out of my valuable leisure time being spawn camped, or playing re spawn simulator to boost the ego of a smurf who finds enjoyment through clubbing baby seals… it is not fun… i play games for fun if there is no fun to be had i will leave the game and queue for another one simple as that
want me to play a whole match through? make it a fun and even match… how do you do that? by stopping smurfs

I think that problem will be complete if Blizzard just take and give one simple zero to require lvl for ranked. I mean 250. That lvl will be enough

Stop being paranoid and thinking that everyone that can kill you and do well is a smurf.
Umm im not and i don’t… smurfs are very very easy to spot…
