They did say they want the game to feel more like an FPS. So this is the direction they are taking.
Next week damage will be a little bit lower. So a shield might return (I doubt it though).

if they want an fps they can delete the supports! 1 shots everywhere! no need for heals! -.-

It is ok. Not every patch is for everyone. I have disliked a few. But this is much much better than boring double shield bunkers.

Pretty sure Widow and Hanzo are the only ones who can one-shot, no?

Well i mean Zen shoots multiple projectiles, so i’d say that’s unfair to call a one shot since you have to hit them all.
And well yeah Ashe with a Pocket… hmm yeah i would’ve said on their own but i think you can count that as a one shot yeah since there will of course be alot of situations where this happens.

One shotting, and “one shot combos” are surprisingly common in this game lol.
Doom, and Rein both have “one shot” abilities.

That’s fair though those Combo’s/Abilities have set timers or require certain conditions which technically means it would cost more and probably make it a bit harder to achieve.
So i’d say Hanzo and Widow were able to one-shot easily with their primary meaning it could result in it being a bit too opressive.
Widow I’m OK with. Her mobility needs calming down if she’s going to one shot everything.
Hanzo, just has weird hit boxes… hes very forgiving with aim, but if they tweaked that, literally no one would play him.
Only Mercy gets weirder hit boxes. You can be aiming for someone in another game and still get the shots.

Netcode is a blanket term for anything that somehow relates to networking in online games; netcode is a term most commonly used by gamers when discussing synchronization issues between clients and servers.
This is not the same as something programmed.
