By setting the max SR difference to a low number you can be sure they’re at your SR. And people who constantly make the wrong choice will end up losing more matches, once again making people at your SR as likely as you to know the right choice.
And about trolls, that’s the thing; I find them extremely uncommon. That’s what I mean with different perspectives. Yours is that trolls are common, and that people making different choices than you would have are making the wrong choices. Mine is that most people playing ranked are doing the best they can most of the time, and that in most cases I’m no better than anybody else at my level.
Or ok, as this account doesn’t reflect the rating I have on the alt I’m abandoning, I currently know a lot better than the people I group with. But they know as much as our opponents, so there really is no need for me to start dictating what they should pick or not pick. That’s their choice, and I trust them to make the one they think best. And it works, apparently. Almost exclusively private profiles in my groups, people talk, and make choices they think are good, and I win 83% of matches…

I dont think you should be allowed to hide your stats when playing comp, its good to see what heroes people are good with and if they can flex if needed. Stats are so good so you can divide roles. And again i dont really see the point of hiding your stats when searching for a group, its like applying for a job and saying that you dont have to show your resume because they should trust you to be the right person for the job and that you action will talk for themselves. Also not saying that someone should be telling everyone what to play but dont expect people to trust you when they cant even see what you have played before.
you need give a CV, so they can interview you and then hire you to do serious business…with responsibilities

My group in LFG, my rules. If you dont like them, create yourself a group or choose another. MY group is not a public service or entity so i dont own you any explanation : If you dont meet the criteria = Kicked.

your group is made with the systems blizzard has provided within their service and entity and hence is subject to the ToS you agreed to in order to access that service
hence it is not your group in LFG it is blizzards group in LFG that you created in order to better access their service
blizzard states discrimination will not be tolerated and hence groups that discriminate for any reason should be reported
Hate to say this but ill kick you as well, beeing a one-trick dps main i can clearly see how it can matter to a team more then so its not that you won’t do good but its the niesh cheeses that dps mains have to apply in every game to push the % to their side. Flex player’s are good and awlays welcomed but they aren’t better at the set role then someone who’s only intested and doing that aspect over and over again. Furder more when someone has that in the name of the grupe you are free to not join it it yet you go out of your way to join in it knowing what will happen. This is report abuse as well and im happy to flag you for doing thos to other people who are specifically looking for people who main sertan roles. You think you are fighting fire with fire but you can join a party that doesn’t look for “dps mains” its not that hard yet you choise to brake the code of conduct for no reason.
im not a one trick DPS main, i play many heros in different rolls and can play them to the standard required by my rank, however when given the choice i like playing specific heros and my “time played” reflects that, and as this is the first thing people see on an open profile it is the first thing they judge, and i will not be judged by elitists because they thing certain heros are troll picks

If my grup is named and is looking spesicicly for dps main or lets say sniper one tricks i will kick you without wasting time, since thouse people will preform x10 better then you will in their place. Knowing rolles is fine but im sure a widow main will flat out beat you at anyone of them. So why must i settle for you and not for a Widow main ?

i dont make the rules, but as i am subject to them im going to make sure everyone is also subject to them no matter how bloody minded that may seem… dont like it? change the rules or dont play… but if the rules exist everyone has to abide by them no matter the excuse
