Blizzard games offer a fun and safe place to interact with one another across various game worlds. We encourage our players to cooperate and compete in our games, but crossing the line into abuse is never acceptable. If you come across a player violating the policies below, you should report them.
Communication
When participating in communication of any kind (chat, voice communication, group finder), you are responsible for how you express yourself. You may not use language that could be offensive or vulgar to others.
Hate speech and discriminatory language is inappropriate, as is any obscene or disruptive language. Threatening or harassing another player is always unacceptable, regardless of language used. Violating any of these expectations will result in account restrictions. More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions.
Naming
Names are subject to the same rules established above. Any name the player has the ability to customize—such as player names, BattleTags, and guild names—must be appropriate and inoffensive. Any name that violates our standards or disrupts the community will be changed, and additional limitations may be placed on the offending account per our discretion.
Take note that acceptable names are determined by player reports and Blizzard’s decision, and role-playing servers may have distinct standards for using game-appropriate names.
Cheating
You are responsible for how you and your account are represented in the game world. Cheating in any fashion will result in immediate action. Using third-party programs to automate any facet of the game, exploiting bugs, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage is considered cheating.
Exploiting other players is an equally serious offense. Scamming, account sharing, win-trading, and anything else that may degrade the gaming experience for other players will receive harsh penalties.
Behaviour
Behaviour that intentionally detracts from others’ enjoyment (such as griefing, throwing, feeding, etc.) is unacceptable. We expect our players to treat each other with respect, and promote an enjoyable environment. Acceptable behaviour is determined by player reports and Blizzard’s decision, and violating these guidelines will result in account and gameplay restrictions.
While we encourage you to report players that are behaving in a disrespectful manner, falsely reporting another player with the sole intent of restricting their gameplay is also unacceptable, and will result in penalties to your account.
If you’re unsure if your actions violate this code of conduct, reconsider them. We reserve the right to restrict offending accounts as much as necessary to keep Blizzard games a fun experience for all players.

E.G “open profiles only, no troll pick dps mains” <— name of a group is discriminatory both in naming and language

based on prejudice, the speech was made in the naming of your group and hence is discrimination
just as if you had made a group called “no transsexuals” and kicked people who joined without speaking to them, you are excluding them based on your prejudice and are discriminating / exhibiting discriminatory behaviour
So it will be ok if i name my grupe something els but i still kick privet profiles and do the same thing as i did before.
so long as no indication of a reason as to why they have been kicked based on any asinine reason that could be considered discrimination, then you can’t be afforded blame 
you can consider it discrimination but at this point its out of the code of conduct since we arn’t goin to do any talking in game for you to have valid evidence of my discrimination.
If im the party leader i decide who gets to play with my party that’s how its always been for games.

if you’re group is titled as discriminatory, and i join it, and you kick me because of the reason stated in your groups name, both it and you are acting in a discriminatory fasion and will both be reported for discrimination.
the evidence is the name of the group, which you named and are responsible for, and as party leader, the instance of kicking which you are responsible for
he/she can, but a game master will never pass judjement based on that

You play victom and you report people for something other people are suffering from for real… its just sad.
the game masters have no power, its an automated system and it decides based on reports, if you dont believe me ask one, they will say
“we allow the community to police itself”
“we have looked into the matter and reviewed the evidence provided and are upholding the ban” etc etc

if i was good enough to join esports and i was excluded because of an asinine reason i would report them
im not playing a victim at all, the rules are there i am subject to them, and so is everyone else

Why don’t you host a grup and be the party leader then ? No one can kick you then.

Let me tell you something about discrimination. If your of difrent collor you can’t change that. If your a female you can’t change that.
Yet you have all the opptions to be the party leader and form your own party.
But you pick to join other peoples party, break the rules and standards that are set for that party and then when they remove you you break the code of conduct.
And so far everyone here told you that you are breaking it yet you in your own mind still thinks that its ok to report them. Like i said its just sad and yeah im done dealing with you, you can report me all you want with level 6 endorse im not going to have even 1% of a chance to be punished let alone from a false report. i do host groups, and i accept them willingly no matter the reason, close profile, hero choice, sr, language, whatever, because i abide by the rules
discrimination is not just about whether someone is born that way or chooses to be that way,
reporting someone for discrimination is not a breach of the code of conduct because by the very accurate and dictionary definition of discrimination, excluding someone for any reason that is Unjust, as in “they havent broken the rules” is discrimination
as blizzard have not allowed the option to exclude private profiles in their LFG tool then to exclude private profiles is discrimination as it is not part of blizzards system
your endorsement level means nothing, its a flashy number meant to reward you for being less toxic, it is not an indication of anything other than the mask you wear when dealing with other people, you can still be the angryest toxic little Mf in the world,
if you discriminate, and i see you doing it or am subject to it i will be reporting you as by the rules in blizzards ToS and CoC anything that happens after that is a result of blizzards systems and is out of my hands
When I check a bad/toxic/troll players profile it’s 100% hidden and vica versa(with less% though). At least in my 40 hours this season between 2500 and 3100
Not all hidden are toxic or bad
