the appeal process isn’t automated and it may get you a punishment if you false reporting others

Don’t tell him that. Let him report people who he has yet to play or interact with.
Its not like blizzard don’t ban people who reprot you at the start of the game.
the ban system is automated, the appeal system is a joke because they are always rejected unless you are a famous twitch streamer etc. the GM’s always read the same script and you’re left with a big fat no,
as previously stated i dont report falsely i report based on the evidence and dictionary definitions of the terms of the ToS
But that will mean that blizzard show discrimination.
So why don’t you just report them…
its blizzards system, and blizzards ToS, their rules, their right to discriminate based on those rules,
their LFG system they allow you to use in line with their rules, not your right to discriminate based on your rules…

its common sense… you agree to the rules imposed by blizzard when you purchase the game in order to access the service
like you agree to live by the laws of a country in which you take residence or suffer the consequences…
you cant make up different definitions of words to suit you, thats not the way it works
discrimination is discrimination and that is what i report down to the letter of the definition of the word, nothing more, nothing less

you have the right to join private groups (or blizzard’s groups as you said), you have the right to force yourself upon others even if they don’t want to play with you for whatever reason.

actually, i have a condition known as aspergers syndrome, the rules are the rules and everyone must follow them otherwise they are not rules they are suggestions…
ive been called robotic all my life because of my condition, but i enjoy the pleasent logic and absoluteness of not being apart of any emotional messyness

Trolls are hidden. People who just have a sucky attitude, or are bad, just not on purpose, are often as not visible.
And I wouldn’t say I’m an exception, as I really don’t consider hidden=toxic troll as being the rule.
