Blizzard does not read here. open a support ticket and complain about the GM in question.
Highly doubt it was an actual threat. I’m guessing you asked a question, maybe about being suspended from chat and they told you if you keep it up, that you’ll be suspended/banned?
If so, then it’s not a threat.

Maybe it’s just me, but I feel you are doing your utter best right now to have that “threat” followed up on.
I see 3 possibilites.
- It was an actual meanspirited threat.
- It was a warning. “If you break into my flat, I’ll call the police.” is not a threat, it’s a rather legitimate warning.
- Some missunderstanding with an ill-phrased warning.
Either way, being vague about it reflects poorly on you, because it makes it seem like you just want to gather support by avoiding the details.
I only asked a question but I would expect that support is going to help me not threat me with account ban.
