I fully understand the level of traffic Blizzard is receiving is excessive but if possible could we get an update to ascertain your current response time to support tickets? I appreciate the influx has considerably affected the standard timescales. Furthermore; If one was to update their tickets, surely that does not affect their place in the cue…right? Thank you
