Time between matches - Quickplay, Mystery Heroes etc.

Quick Play, Mystery Heroes etc…after each game people leave immediately, because they want to cue again. If you are one of the idiots who stays, usually the game kicks you back to main menu due to low number of players (and blizz cannot refill people in time it seems).

So, why not reduce the time between the games significantly. Just POTG and no cards to vote, no stats. Who wants to see that, can look it up later in a new menu point. I think it would increase the chance of people staying in the game.

This is not always the case, especially in quick play, the game often restarts with new players filling the gaps. This is lesser the case in Arcade due to the lootbox frenzy but making an excemption to arcade games doesn’t seem very important.

Also, you gain +300XP for each consequtive match so the true lootbox obsessive “idiots” are those who leave immediately.

To be honest the full time overall wasted while just playing qp between the games is crazy.
If you count it up for multiple hours, it sums up to a lot of time.
Theres still a exp bonus for staying…

But you wait often more as if you just leave quickly and reque.
Often in combination with a new team /map.

You’re actually the idiot if you leave, the game won’t let you find a new game until the previous one is fully done (after the cards) so it’s basically pointless to leave unless you want to find a more balanced game.

Nope, i often enough get a instant que or que below 10 seconds.

And its way faster as if you wait the full time just to see the groups beeing send back to the menue.

But overall I’d say theres no real difference in time.
Especially not in the long run

It was confirmed by Jeff a few months ago that’s it’s pointless to leave, the timer to find a new game will start but you won’t find one until the previous one is completely over.

Then they should announce that BIG somewhere in the Battlenet or as a Video (like they sometimes do for HS).

i dont think a lot of people know that. I play since 2016, I follow the game really a lot also watching streamer, OWL, Instagram etc…never heard of this (probably missed the info from Jeff).

Anyway, it could help to make this information more present

That we can agree on, some informations are very well hidden.

For instance we shouldn’t have to watch the VOD or transcript of a random appearance of Jeff or Geoff on a stream with Emongg or another streamer to find some infos.

Hopefully they’ll improve that one day.
