Unlike other heroes with zoomable scopes (Ana, Widowmaker, Ashe), Freja does not have a setting for Toggle Zoom. In my mind, omitting this setting makes no sense at all. Being used to Toggle Zoom enabled, this makes the hero nigh unplayable for me.
