Top 500 rank not showing

I’ve been playing Overwatch competitively since the very first season in 2016, and I’ve raised this issue multiple times over the years without ever getting a proper resolution. Despite reaching Grandmaster this season (currently GM5), playing over 190 games and winning more than 90, I am still not showing up on the Top 500 leaderboard. I’ve contacted Blizzard support countless times, and every single time I’m told to “post on the forums” — but this is not a new or simple problem. It’s been ongoing for years, across Overwatch 1 and now Overwatch 2, and it is extremely frustrating to still be dealing with it.

I’ve met all of the eligibility requirements: wins, SMS protection, authenticator, and region consistency. The only possible technical detail I can think of is that I originally set up my SMS authentication on PC, but I am now primarily a PlayStation player. Could this be causing a conflict on my account and preventing my placement on the Top 500 leaderboard? At this point, it feels like there must be a technical issue tied to my account that requires proper investigation by the dev team. I should qualify for Top 500, and I’ve been more than patient over the years, but this needs to be escalated and looked into as soon as possible.
