You can destroy it really easily with any hero. If no one’s shooting it, you shoot it.
I can recommend flanking it as it takes more time to turn around than for you to hide from it again so you barely take any damage from it. Just never go for it if there’s no one distracting the enemy team as they will focus you down.

In case it’s serious: Hanzo destroys the turret with 2 arrows. If you use storm arrows you destroy it in 0.96 seconds if you hit with 4 arrows. Also, Hanzo and Widow can attack the turret from beyond it’s maximum range if the map allows it.
Just don’t try to destroy it as Moira, ever. It will be the worst of all possible ways to try and destroy a turret, hampering your team as you will be succing for an eternity on it (dps orb doesn’t work on turrets) and not being able to support your team meanwhile.
Torb turret destruction is the duty of long range characters, usually dps but can also be Ana or Lucio for example, as their kind of attacks are very fitting for this purpose.
Unlike against Hanzo, Torb can try to use his E (overload) to repair the turret quickly against the latter heroes, in which case you can just keep shooting it to keep Torb busy repairing for a bit.
At least half of the roster can destroy it before it can kill them, just don’t stand static out in the open shooting it.
