Hello. So I’m wondering if anyone can help me here. I’ve received the notification for the new twitch drop, says its ready for me to collect and I click on it but my rewards tab on twitch it’s empty. Hoping someone’s experienced this and can help a bit. Thank you
First, you need to check connection between your Twitch and Battle.net accounts. Second, of course, take drop need time. I mean it can take a while, before legendary item will be received in the game, but, if you sure you did everything to claim it, so no need to worry about it.

I believe it takes 48 hours to get the drop in game
Hi, thank you for the response. I haven’t gotten that far. I cant claim it from twitch, I click the notification that I’ve earned the sticker reward which takes me to the page where I can claim it but that page says there’s no rewards in my inventory. Seems a problem with twitch not the game
(Also I double checked and my accounts are still linked together)

Have you checked it in twitch drops inventroy ? There is also a drop button on upper right side of twitch
I had yeah. But I went to the desktop to try that, before it would automatically open the app but too right in a drop down it let me do it on the website and it showed up there. Thank you so much <3

You’re welcome. There were a problem with potgs for Junker Queen, Kiriko and… someone else. It was blizzard’s problem. So probably something wrong can be from their side too. Anyway, this giveway won’t stop tomorrow or day later. You have plenty of time.
