My brother has been playing Overwatch for a while (I’m currently posting with his account) and I’ve used my ceedit card to buy him the game and purchase stuff in game. However I’m planning to buy the game for myself too with a new account under my name. I was wondering whether any problems would arise if the same credit card is linked ro two different accounts?
And another related question, is it possible to share one computer for these two different accounts and two copies of the game? I won’t be able to have a separate computer for a while.

Yes you can own as many accounts as you like and play them on the same computer. You can also share the same CC across all the accounts for payment purposes.
Using 1 PC for 2 accounts is no problem, about the credit card you might want to make a ticket at the customer service since they can definetely tell you
You can also keep the credit card tied to Paypal, and link the same paypal across multiple accounts.
There is no issue is using the same card on multiple accounts.
