Unable to add battlenet friends

For past week i have been unable to add new battle net friends. Keeps coming up with THE INVITE COULD NOT BE SENT DUE TO AN INTERNAL PROBLEM (5001)

Any ideas as to why?

I removed 20 off my list about 5 days back xx

On a chromebook and mobile as well as xbox, cant use blizzard app on chromebook and my phone doesnt like either. Xx
