I’ve tried scan and repair multiple times but no luck, the unlock button doesn’t work on any icon or spray or skin despite having more than enough Overwatch coins to get them. Any recommendations?

Can you try and reset your keybindings to default for me, and see if you can interact normally with skins/unlock option afterwards?
