I would like to tell you that the tech support was not even interested, that this player started playing over with the most open beta, he strongly supported the game with money, the account, according to his calculations, costs more than 300 dollars, spending the last money he didn’t really think about how much the goods costed, he always said, “it’s not a pity” he likes to play Overwatch and he took every match very seriously in any mode. He liked the Overwatch so much that he did several widow tattoos, he liked the Overwatch so much that his room resembled an over-dedicated fanclub, this player did a lot to popularize the game, he often made videos on this game, created a public page dedicated to this game. For this man, an Overwatch was everything, he dreamed of breaking into the e-sports Overwatch and he even achieved success, but the blocking changed his life cardinally, he fell into a deep depression that resisted the desire to go to the dream and I don’t want it to turn into something suicidal. And he gets a blocking without warning for just 6 reports, it seems to me that this amount is not enough to permanently block an account. If you are the company that has earned the reputation of “good guys in the game industry” then you cannot remain indifferent to this incident, he has clearly experienced the torments that you think he deserves, he understood everything and now wants a second chance. I ask for it, forgive him, because I see him more often in life than technical support agents and I see how he suffer. You are the company that talked about the responsiveness of developers and the understanding of all the players, and now you just take and throw a person whose only passion is Overwatch. Who has realized his guilt and wants to get the opportunity to prove that he was able to be better. (ред.)
