Unfair Ban for “Injurious Behavior”

Hello,

My account was recently banned for «injurious behavior » but after checking, nothing in my chat would justify such a sanction. I sent a ticket to support, but I received an automatic response without a real explanation or a thorough review of my situation.

I believe this ban could be related to the character I play, as certain heroes tend to attract more unjustified reports. However, nothing in my game chats was offensive, and I always make sure not to escalate conflicts. I wonder if the reporting system is based solely on the number of reports received, without taking the context of the matches into account.

Has anyone had a similar experience and successfully gotten a clearer explanation? Is there a way to have a real discussion with a support member instead of an automated response?

Injurious behaviour is not a phrase I’d of expecting in the blizzard vocabulary.

But yeah, sounds like it wasn’t chat related. Just perceived griefing over a long period of time.

Quite a rare one (unless you’re actively trolling and throwing).

Thank you for your response. However, I want to clarify that I have never engaged in any griefing, and my match history clearly shows that I played my games at 100% of my ability. Would it be possible to get help from a Blizzard support team member to look into this situation further? I would really like to clear up this misunderstanding and resolve the issue.

They only address issues through ticket submissions. They do not respond to problems in the forums unless the topic gains significant attention.
