When I try to join a game (quick play or competitive) it kicks me out for ‘being inactive’ because it hasn’t loaded. I have now got an exp penalty for 15 days for consistently leaving games.
Anyone else have this problem?

if it takes ages for you to join a game, it is caused by either poor performance, or a slow internet connection. I would advise you to try the steps from these articles:

Unfortunately the XP penalty cannot be lifted.
