I have been a customer across blizzard games for 19 year I’ve played overwatch,wow,Diablo,hearts tone ,heroes of the storm and StarCraft 2 nd I have never been banned or even warned however I recently got permantly banned in overwatch 2.
There reason was hacks I play on an Xbox series x and I was banned for using a 3rd party programme which is impossible I’ve put in tickets and I’m being ghosted.
I got put in a terrible rank because my placement matches sucked I have 4 of the games with one person usually tank just leaving so when I got into actual games I won 17 games in a row then got banned mid game for hacks, I cannot install hacks on a console I do not own a pc any longer as I cannot justify what they charge for graphic cards to build a new one. The closest I’ve ever come to cheating in a blizzard game is installing weakauras on wow all I want is a manual review or explanation of how I installed 3rd party programmes on a Xbox
I’ve played overwatch since release of overwatch 1 I have thousands of skins every season pass completed all fairly earnt and now they refuse to answer my ticket

Keep appealing and saying you play on console, someone will eventually look at your situation but it could take months.

Have you been using a XIM or Cronus zen or similar device to enable keyboard and mouse??
If not, do as above, keep spamming the appeals till someone responds
Nope I use a Xbox elite series 2 controller that’s all I did look at XIM and it does say it’s not bannable device but I’m 40 years old I play games with my kid for fun I didn’t wanna spend 140 pounds on a device to allow me to use a keyboard didn’t see the worth so never bothered I only got the controller I have because it was a gift and had that 2 years now
I only ask as they do categorise it as cheating and are working to ban people for it. So best to avoid it…
The only thing I can think of then is the system has triggered you for account sharing. So 100% keep appealing, should get that overturned eventually.
Yea I’m trying but there just not replying never had a single ban over 19 years of games with them wow and overwatch combined. To get instant account closure with just “hacks” as reason is kind of annoying especially since I’m a console player and yeah I briefly consider getting XIM but honestly couldn’t justify the price or find solid info if it was actually legal so I avoided it. Hoping they fix there mistake soon as I’m losing time on the battle pass I’ve bought with there ignorance
Yeah, they are not great at responding. Especially now since the customer support stuff is being outsourced.

Did you buy boosting services or did you queue up with a cheater?
They simply just don’t care. Toxic people get away with it, yet innocent people get banned for no reason and no explanation given. It’s quite bad tbh.

No I’m tight I play for fun with my kid nothing else not serious player I’m high plat low diamond usually but last few seasons been stuck gold
