I got the message “Overwatch has started an update”. I opened the Blizzard App, and saw the red bar showing the download.
But the rate is 0 B/s. It’s not changing. It’s stuck on 0 B/s. So essentially it’s not downloading.
From time to time it’ll also switch to the “Update” button, saying that it’s “waiting for a major update”. But the major update is here.
Why is it not downloading it?
EDIT: I tried restarting the Blizzard App, pausing and unpausing the update, clearing the Blizzard App cache folders, and it still has exactly the same problem.
