Hello, I am a torb/genji player , master rank.
Lately, i got a mute because i am abusive? i never join voice or type anything in chat other than : gg or fun game or good round …
Anyway i am sure this ‘mute’ is simply because i play torb ( i have high win rate and im 3450 rating, and end almost every game with at least 3 golds and potg)
Now, as it seems, as i am in a win streak, i get a ban for ‘disruptive play’ , and i am sure the only reason is because i play torb.

So, why don’t you make torb an illegal toon? is it semi-legal now? u can play it but u will get randomly reported each game and than banned?

Is this a way to make more $ so people have to buy new accounts?

i think if i were trolling i wouldn’t be at this rating, and my win streak wouldn’t be that high.

Anyway, i would like to see some of the evidence that you analyzed that led to the suspension of my account.

And please please, i need an explanation about the status of torb, is it not allowed to play it now in 2019? why not remove it ?

You can play whatever hero you want, but if the team does not think you are actually helping (gold medals mean nothing), or you are not willing to switch to compliment the group then they can and will report you for disruption/sabotage. Torb does not work all the time and it’s selfish to think otherwise, if that’s what you want to one trick then go as a pre-formed stack, don’t expect some randomers to accept what you play.

You say Genji/Torb player but your playtime is much higher with Torb so you know what you are picking. Was he already taken so you picked Genji instead? and your playtime of other heroes in comp is all over the place, quite shady behaviour honestly.

So from what you said, you are proving my point, that torb is illegal? 1 tricking is not allowed? whoever mains mercy or rein or soldier needs to be banned? and as u look into my profile i don’t 1 trick torb, i have play times on other heros (dps healing and tanking and i wouldnt be at this rating if i weren’t), and my win rate is highest on torb, because it is working and im winning most games (won 400 points in a day, the same day i get a ban)
So when u say that 'i think i am actually helping ’ , stats and math and logic tells u that i am actually helping, more than the guy who said: we have a torb ill troll , and picks mei and block us all the game, and much more than the soldier main who cries about torb all game and he doesnt even have 1 kill, and much much more than the mercy main who only dps.
Blizz says they analyzed evidence, i would like to see 1 of the evidence that led to mute my account (there are none), or just 1 evidence where im trolling with torb(there are none), and ill owe blizzard and apology and 1million $ .
I get multiple friend requests each day, because i am actually carrying most of the teams.

So from what u said, they must disable some heros? like sombra, torb , sym? or maybe allow a person to play it once a day than lock it?

I am not breaking any laws even if i am 1 tricking torb (and i am not)
I don’t see : not allowed to play torb each game when i read ow rules. This is the game and i am allowed to play whatever toon i want ( ether it’s rein, dva , soldier or torb… )Even when u want to report someone, they explain that to you.

The problem is that anyone can report for whatever reason ( ex: u pick the hero they wanted, u’ll get a report for a random reason – you pick anything they don’t like, you will get a report for a random reason that isn’t even viable, like abusive chat), and blizzard gives bans without actually ‘analyzing any evidence’ like they say.

No offense but,
i have no idea what u mean by that, what place? lol? i have 25hrs of torb and 10.5hrs of not torb, where is the shade? what did u discover please tell me u’r analyzes.
i dont think i even have a negative winrate on any hero, maybe 1 ?
I think you are the reason why i got a ban, people like you, doing crazy analyzes and creating their own laws, without looking at the game laws, and reporting and blaming others while they should report themselves for being bad at the game and losing every time.

It’s true : the report system is trash , ppl will report you for anything including if they don’t like your hero pick. Has nothing to do with what you play and how good you perform , once you gather enough reports they will auto ban you and if u appeal the ban they will say " they looked into it" and they won’t unban your account . The more you play the more you risk your account getting banned for actually no valid reason .

I don’t report people for that on my alts but on my main I do, whatever the character, you don’t want to switch when you’re not helping the team? Reported.

As long as you do your job it’s fine for me.

yes rivah, this is what i am trying to say. Searching the forums i see many people saying the same, maybe they need to give a number of reports allowed per week , like dota2, so people wont use them randomly and turn this game into crap, like it is now

Dota 2 has the better system by a long shot. Reducing the number of reports also makes it easier for GMs to review them and determine whether they are legit or not. Unfortunately it will for sure trigger the casuals who are Blizzard’s main cash cows. It’ll also probably require some amount of work from them and there is no point in wasting money as far as they are concerned.
