i have been on the US overwatch forums a lot recently and it seems way more populated than the EU forums. i know EU is less popular, but US forums are 100x (not even exaggerating) more active than EU. just wondering if there is a reason for this
Many reasons. But 2 key ones.
- people don’t know the EU pages exist.
- people have realised mods don’t response here, so use US side instead.

I can’t say. It’s likely due to dev time and other resources being poured into the US forums.
Now if you want to enjoy the same two people bicker back and forth with each other, then you’re at the right place.

Also true about the bickering. Although it is very one sided. He does a lot of griefing.
funnily enough, i’ve turned into that on the US forums. there’s one particular player i always get into arguments with, no matter the topic. some people just naturally dislike each other i suppose. i prefer these forums though, it feels a lot more personal and casual than the US forums

True. There are some crazy takes on the US forum. And some good eggs trying to tell them they are being silly.

Where you see eu.forums in the address bar. Change that to us.forums.
At this point the EU Forum is just the personal blog of someone that noone want’s to read… I have both accounts of the person on ignore and every 2nd post in the forum is now missing.

Trouble with the US forum, there’s a lot of American’s there right. (jk)
Also jeez the mods are tetchy af there. They get triggered by the slightest comment, and have no idea of good sarcastic EU Humour.
The mods certainly are more proactive that’s true. But they rarely take things down.
Stuff gets hidden while reviewed and then usually appears.
Only stuff they remove and act on is stuff that actually breaches the forum code of conduct.
2 reasons, OW is bigger in US than EU
and people in EU don’t use forums as much as people do in the US.
