Voice Chat is broken

Voice Chat has been unusable for some time now. I am able to connect to a game and hear all of the audio just fine except for Voice Chat (specifically on this game it works fine in other games). Other players are able to hear me and their name will pop up on screen when they try to talk but I cant hear them at all.

but this is not the issue, again they can hear me just fine but I can’t hear them.

Usually, it’s to do with the Exclusive settings for your sound device.

I have the same problem, but on console. I can’t hear others, cross-play and same console alike, but the difference is when I try to speak it doesn’t even register it. I have checked that I’m unmuted and all the settings are right.
