Was leaver suspension turned off quietly?

Or they temporary turned them off, or testing shadow leaver queue
I saw that there was a bug when people leave comp after someone already left and timer is out > they get a suspension as if they left QP
So I wonder - is this is why I’m not getting my leaver suspension rn? left 5 OQ/MH games in last 7 cause of frustration and power off yesterday/today and still no red warning of penalty or suspension on modes (examples below)

Or is there’s a new leaver queue shadow testing?

With this patch they added 5 min suspension after 2 left QP games , you can see that I left almost 4 in a row and still no suspension ( you can see 1:13 and 1:13 on both screenshots so there would be a 5 min one with 4+ mins left, but there isn’t

even if last patch suspension would be in action - i would have at least 20 mins CD…hm

Probably just bugged.
Shadow queues of any sort have never been a thing…

Bigger question… why you leaving so many games. Stop doing that and penalties are never a concern.

that’s another question, these ones were for trying after 2 leaves i got > i was jsut curious that i don’t get my penalties and tried further after 2 ( i supposed to have 5 mins ban)
Unfortunately i live in Kharkiv where power-offs are unexpected and I can’t predict them in ANY way
so they are 50% of my leaves, other 50% i leave cause of stomp or smurf and I gladly take that penalty cause that is just unfun and i love QP modes
