I wrote this already in the Tecnical support, but I’ll write this here too.
When I logged in today I quickly noticed that none of the rewards I was supposed to get were given to me.(I bough the watchpoint bundle back in July) The battle pass is locked, no 2000 premium currencies and none of the new skins for Soldier: 76 or Cassidy were there.
I heard this happened to others too, though I do believe this will be solved soon, I want that to happen as soon as it can be.
If a proof of the purchase is required, I can easily show the receipt that was sent to me by the PlayStation shop on the day I bought it.
Though I am not really mad, many others are, should there be at least some little compensation for that perhaps?

Same boat. Playing on xbox. Bought watchpoint through microsoft store back during beta. When I’ve been fortunate enough to get in, noticed my premium battle pass was not activated either.
Same here. Bought on xbox, merged accounts, now nothing.
I haven’t received the items included and advertised by the Watchpoint Pack either (I brought it back when there was the official beta on console), I play on PlayStation and have been logged into & playing overwatch 2 for several hours now but the pack hasn’t been added to the game even after all that time, whereas another purchase of a doomfist skin and currency also made just prior to launch was eventually added (but wasn’t there at first), I also have at least 1 friend who is experiencing the same issue as me (also on PlayStation)
I have the same problem here bought it on the ps store but didn’t recieve it in game

Yep same here, im currently trying to sort through PSN as it wants me to buy it again

Yep, same for me. No sign of any of it. No skins, no battlepass etc. Had to wait until today to find this out as I couldn’t log in due to other problems.
Same here, the PSN store is giving me the option to buy the Watchpoint pack even though i already did and it is on my purchase history within that store. Cant find anymore information on this elsewhere yet either.
This happened to me but eventually got it. What I did was went on the store to view watchpoint pack. Said to pay it so I followed it through, it directed me to the Xbox store where it said I owned it. Went back onto overwatch store and as I was previewing what was on the pack, it suddenly loaded in my 2000 coins and generated the skins for me as owned. I know this is not the best and probably might not work for all but it might so thought I’d share
