I bought the watchpoint pack back in June and have logged on to Overwatch 2 today to find that I don’t have the items I check the PlayStation store and it wants me to buy it again even though I’ve already bought it once before

Same for me on PC. Got the pack, but only recived the 2000 premium credits. No skins or anything else

I didn’t even get the credits. And I know that I definitely bought the pack because I found it in my transactions and I had beta access

Yeah I got the invoice in my mail and the money drawn from my bankaccount so I know I got it aswell lol. Its so annoying that this company cant relize anything without messing things up. Tried to log in now, 40000 in que before me… like wtf? Thats the reason I also havent been able to play WotLK classic this week either, because of huge ques…
Yea I’m having the queueing issues too I got in once and was kicked out after 2 minutes it’s really annoying

Same here. Bought watchpoint pack for beta access on xbox. After trying all night to get on. Finally got in and recieved none of my pre order bonuses. Not the greatest start blizzard. I know server issues are out of your control when its ddos’d etc but we should have the content we paid for by now.

After 3 months of not be able to play beta or fix the issue, i haven’t received any rewards from purchasing beta and the watchpoint pack. It really sucks the joy out of the game.
I’ve got the exact same issue, bought it a while back now finally able to log in and I haven’t got anything. Surely they’ll give it to us and we don’t have to buy again?

Same for me on playstation bought the package long time ago for beta and have received none of the rewards from it and store making me buy it again
Same. I bought mine back a while ago so I could also get access to the beta and I got beta access but none of the skins, coins or premium battle pass in game. It’s so annoying and upsetting

It’s not even available to purchase for me now, it knows I’ve bought it but still hasn’t given me anything
Do we have any official response from Blizzard on this, I purchased the Watchpoint pack months ago and haven’t received anything in game. Playstation btw.
