Weapons and opponents not loading in (persists throughout game)

Hi - about one in three games on Xbox one the weapons and opponents skins do not load in. Completely unplayable, the issue persists throughout the entire game and the only way to resolve it (for one or two games at most) is to exit and restart the game. Has been much worse since summer games update :grimacing:

Any advice?

Please try power-cycling your network devices and rebooting your console (I’m referring to a full reboot here) and see if it helps. :slight_smile:

Hi - no joy I’m afraid. Tried both and still getting the same issue within 1-2 games of loading :grimacing::thinking:

If it installs to HDD, try reinstalling it.
