Hello! I was playing Junkestein’s Revenge when I noticed that the game doesn’t count some matches, like I’ve quitted before it says “Victory” but it’s not true because the weekly lootbox works, the challenge for Genji’s skin not. Any solutions?

i got an issue but its about zarya’s skin challenge wich is the bar was complete but the skin wasnt unlocked ?!
