What are inappropriate names exactly?
Have heard that people have got their names reported because they have Trump in their name so I wonder that people with Biden also have to change their names?
I saw 1 player today with the name Biden but could not report in for inappropriate name.
Can I do it after or I have to wait until I see that player again?

Easy solution. Don’t have a name that can be construed as being offensive by anyone. Then it is never an issue.
It’s an American game so as long as freedom of expression still holds then I don’t see why someone can’t use Trump2020 or SleepyJoe as their tags 
But this is Blizzard so who knows, 20 or so reports and bam, you’re banned for a political username which some snowflakes didn’t like. That’s the world we live in.
