How can you LEAVE it like this s~t for years w/o remotely getting the idea of just creating annother object array for projectile style ults that honor their visual spawn time and detach the effect that very moment independant of user animation getting cancelled (by death or w/e) AFTER the spawning of independant entity already visually took place??? This is so dumb I cant even… basically same brain explosion level like Samito in his recent video

It can run 6v6. It’s just that they need to tweak it again so that it’s on par with how it worked in OW1. It’s literally the same engine but stripped of certain features to make way for improved graphics and particle effects etc. At least that’s what they claim.
They call it an upgrade but it’s not really an upgrade. Not when they strip away a lot of features.
6v6 works fine in custom games, though. I just hope they do a proper job on the engine to facilitate 6v6. It’s more than doable, but of course, it’s gonna require resources, as with anything in game development. I’m just not gonna keep my hopes up. They might just come out and say ‘Sorry but it’s too hard and we gave up’ just so they can rub it in along with the pro 5v5 shills.
