What’s wrong with the competitive mode? Why do teams consist of half of the players who can do nothing, while everything is fine in the enemy team and vice versa? Why should I drop in rank as a support due to damage that cannot be hit by a single bullet at the enemy, although I am doing everything that depends on me? What is the problem with calculating a player’s rating based on his merits, and not on wins and losses? Explain, maybe I’m stupid and I don’t understand. There are 3 wins out of 20 games on support. Why should people be demoted, even though they do everything that the role requires of them, only because of one or more players in the team who can’t do anything. Why do such inept players calibrate to high ranks for them and then spoil everyone’s games? And at the same time, there are no penalties for such players.
Short answer, us who play it.
Players are inconsistent. If a player has a bad game and you lose, suddenly everyone’s blaming them for not climbing (or dropping rank).
Blame culture and humans being humans mixed together makes for a rough experience at times.
OW2 matchmaker is the problem. It produces one-sided matches.
Take a look at OW matches, and you’ll see they were balanced.
As per the Devs data, this statement isn’t true.
One sided matched are caused by other circumstances and events.

If you want to fix a problem, you need to find the causes. Repeatedly blaming something that isn’t the cause is unhelpful.
So it has caused it in some cases - which makes it true. Please, just plese stop lying on the forum 
I’ve detailed potential issues on the forum.
It’ll be like disinfectants saying they kill 99.9% of germs. They knows it does all, but need to cover themself just in case.
They knows it isn’t the cause. But if they say what they’ve said, they’ve covered themself in case something goes wrong in the future.
But all the research they’ve done so far, it’s not been the cause.
