The Soviet Union is long gone so your only chance of getting a “Soviet” character is some nut case commie who dropped out of school due to failing at math, economics, human doctrine lessons (ethics) and history.

Well for one, I could tell it was a winter war joke.
And two, we have a hamster in a ball as a hero, I pretty sure a soviet or communist isn’t that far fetched, relatively speaking.
And I also want a Finnish sniper character.
