It has been broken since release and still not fixed… Why is it when I charge someone they get pushed out of the way but when someone charges me I get teleported into them???
They will never fix it (sadly). Just another bug in the game that isn’t worth worrying about as they will never deal with it.
The problem with Rein’s bugs is that blizzard literally can’t fix them - last time when they fixed one of the bugs, they created another one. So the only solution here is to completely remove every single line of code that related to Rein and re-write all that code again properly without any “crutches”.
