Obvious cheaters are getting angry with you when you aren’t accepting Zarya players with infinite, everlasting shields, Cassidy shooting through walls, one-hit-kill, Soldier 76 in infinite " aimbot ultimate state", and so on. Their cheats aren’t the cause of the match imbalance; your noncompliance with their cheats is.
The devs doing the bannings are more blind than bats, doing that without even seeking for the truth, that’s why cheaters are so thriving in those kinds of games.

If you’re calling them out. That is quite likely to get you actioned far quicker (different way of handling that type of reports)
Best thing you can do is just report and ignore them. If you’re certain they are cheating. Email the code to hacks@blizzard.com and explain who it was.
