While playing the game and playing games without issues, sometimes while entering a new quickplay or competitive game, all of a sudden my latency hits 1200-1300ms and cannot enter the game. It is not because of my internet because in the meantime I can talk to my friends in voice chat and enter websites without an issue. While I wait for this connection problem to be fixed by itself (because if I quit I will get suspension anyways), I got removed due to remaining AFK and get a suspension from playing new games. I am afraid to get a permanent ban if this issue continues. I am located at Turkey and using a 1000Mbps wired connection. I also place two videos to show the issue. I hope you can aid me.

Probably a few teething problems going on.
Well, hope to see this problem fixed as soon as possible because I do not know when it will happen again and just because of this issue I got 8 hour competitive suspension.
Well the maintenance warning has just disappeared from BattleNet, so I guess it should be ok going forward.
But, you’ve reaffirmed why I don’t play patch days…
After the warning disappeared, I gave another shot and entered an arcade game just to be safe and guess what? Still same problem and you know what is funny? It let me select an hero and when the game started my latency hit 1300 again

Maybe try restarting your router, and having a wired connection if you can, then try again.
I just restarted my router and I already have a wired connection and try to join my friends’ game and just stuck at Entering Game screen.
