Like, who is responsible for the code, be it as the one leading the team that programs it or the one who actually implemented it (its quality points to possibly being a one-man project)?

Maybe because it’s a publicly listed company, and it’s pretty relevant for any future works of the person(s) involved, duh…

Unsure, its just a general Blizzard thing.
Whatever they do, it is never cleverly thought out.
When they introduced Role Queue for instance, people were sat in queue times of over 60mins occasionally. Yet they accept 10-17 mins acceptable.
The logical step would of been to make Role Queue a button, which you are assigned to a role once MM has ran.

As a matter of fact I’m involved much in sports and I know one thing for sure - someone who apparently suffers from compulsory posting urge in pathological amounts here like you as if it’s some sort of fight for your life is 100% just a very sad forum dweller. Could not agree more. He doesn’t have anything better to do unfortunately, which speaks volumes. The forum post count still makes me giggle.
Personally I’m more suspicious of someone with 5 posts, who seems to know an awful lot about the forums and who posts what on them. Reeks of alt to me.

I doubt it was written by one guy anyway. It was “developed” over the course of making the whole package.
Then there’s the hypocrisy of sitting behing a screen whilst simultaneously telling someone else to go outside.
Outside is over rated anyway, unless it’s the country. Full of people spitting, shoving, littering, swearing.
You go out there and enjoy it if that’s your thing. I’ll sit here under the warming glow of the philips hues, in front of 2 massive screens with some tunes on. Maybe a football forum would suit you better.
Telling gamers to go outside and making ambiguous threads. Meh.

I agree to an extent but trolling the forums in your time isn’t exactly a productive thing to do, it’s just sad.
Stop doing it then. No one else does. Even if people disagree, debate or argue they aren’t trolling.
