Why am I banned?

I am writing to express my confusion and concern regarding the recent ban on my account. I have only played for approximately 60 hours and am currently ranked in Bronze, so I was very surprised to receive a ban notice.

I genuinely do not understand the reason behind this action, as I have always tried to follow the rules and play fairly. At the time of the ban, the following software was running in the background on my system:

  • Microsoft Phone Link
  • ASUS Driver Management Software
  • Riot Vanguard
  • Riot Client
  • OneDrive Personal
  • OneDrive for Education
  • Windows Defender
  • ASUS DriveHub

I want to attach a screenshot showing these programs of my screen. If any of these applications triggered the ban, I would greatly appreciate clarification so I can avoid similar issues in the future.

I kindly ask you to review my case and provide more details about the reason for the ban. I am more than willing to cooperate and take any necessary steps to resolve this matter.

Can I see the replay of the matches that were deemed as cheating? I’m just a newbie, and if I’m considered cheating, then that’s actually my glory.

You should probably just submit an appeal (they don’t like ban talk on here sadly).

Your email should have given you a vague idea of what it might have been for.

If it said cheats, from that list Vanguard might have triggered it (unless you’re using Razer peripherals??).

Or it’s just a massive coincidence that everyone gets banned and quickly overturn is also using razor peripherals.

At least you know the anti cheat is there and working. Despite what some crybabies on the forums might claim.
