Why am I considered a First time player on XBOX?

I’ve played Overwatch 1 before and its been a good few months since I last played since switching over to Series S and not having a disc cache, I had Overwatch 1 on disc so therefore I can no longer play the game. Now going into Overwatch 2 all of my cosmetics are gone, not ONLY that but the game is considering me a first time player so half the roster is locked to me, even though I’ve played the game before

I have the exact same issue, my account reset to level 1, not seen any solves for this. Really frustrating.

same problem but switched from ps4 to pc my merging didnt work and i have everything linked up dont know what to do.
