Why am I cursed?

I got a at least one thrower or one tricker in the team and that 5 games in a row. Why me? Why isn’t one tricking a reportable reason?

Ok, first, it happens to other people, too. Second, one tricking itself isn’t a bannable offense as long the hero works. If a one trick gets countered too hard and the player still refuses to switch, they are feeding and, thus, a report for gameplay sabotage is justified.

Ah okay, but does reporting really help? I mean, I never got the message that someone was banned

It works I got it a few times. I’m guessing the people I reported got reported by other people too because they were throwing

You only get a message that your report was sent sucessully or something similar.

The report system is quantity based, once enough players report a thrower, they will get penalized automatically.

i used to play attack torbjorn on objective thinking it was a good idea, be thankful you don’t experience things like this.

On paper, You can’t get banned for one tricking, according to Jeff, since you paid for the game.

However, since the report system is very simplistic in nature wherein it activates a suspension based on the number of reports, you can still acc get suspended just based on people reporting you for one tricking but they will report you for gameplay sabotage or something instead.

Dumb, I know.

Today I had:

  1. A 5-stack that didn’t communicate and was so nice they allowed me to get gold elims, bronze damage and gold healing as Lucio.
  2. A player that DC’d in OT of Route 66 (3rd round).
  3. Anubis defense: we have 2-2-2 (I’m DVa). Rein dies, swaps to Junk. I swap to Rein because main tanks and all. When we got to offense, we had 1-0-5. Still fairly close, which makes it even more annyoing.
  4. Ashe who was the only hit scan on the team and who wouldn’t even try and go for the enemy Pharah.

That’s the holidays for you…^^

It became a norm with ow, there is a thrower/troll/toxic in 90% of games, sometimes all of them.

Yep, I’m fairly certain that there’s a toxic person in all of your games.

we can’t? Sure we can, but normally we won’t since healers aren’t as popular to play as DPS. Not being able to play mercy due to a mercy onetrick on your team simply does not upset enough ppl to trigger a punishment.

I wish they straight up said that one tricking is a punishable offense instead of trying to play both sides. Oh, its not but our system is automated, nothing we can do.
