I see why the rating is “Overwhelmingly Negative” on Steam. You deserve that rating.

Banned one month here.
I do not use chat.
Opened ticket, they didnt even tell me I “violated rules.” No human response. Just “look at terms”
I belive it is because I play open queue for long periods of time, where EVERY SINGLE GAME, theres someone saying early gg, etc etc, and outright GIVING UP and throwing.
Every single game I see crap go unpunished…and we get banned for no reason, because people abuse the report feeature. Blizz needs to fix this stuff.
